These terms apply to your use of solidfacet.online, published by MTTrader Pro s.r.o., Vlkova 532/8, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company registration 24155918, VAT number CZ24155918. Reading the site means you accept them, and there is no account to close if you would rather not.

1. What the site is

The site publishes a five-step informational course for beginners about starting an online PC game. It is general information, written for a broad readership in Australia, and it cannot take your particular circumstances into account.

It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, medical or information-security advice — and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified person or from the relevant Australian regulator. It is not accredited training. There is nothing to sign up for, no assessment, no qualification and no certificate, because there is no account system and we keep no record of who has read what.

2. Product information changes

Details about any game, publisher or operating system are correct only as far as the sources named in the text, and only as at the review date in the footer. Prices, system requirements, account terms, privacy notices and classifications all change, sometimes without announcement. Check the vendor's own current pages, and the Australian Classification Board for a classification, before you act.

3. Third-party sites

The course links to sites operated by other organisations, which are outside our control. We do not endorse their content, we are not responsible for what they publish or do, and their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. Some of our links are paid affiliate links, explained in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

4. Your own decisions

Decisions about which game to install, what to spend, what to agree to and what to let members of your household do are yours. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any publisher whose service you use, and for the security of your own accounts and devices.

5. Intellectual property

The text, checklists, stylesheet and script belong to MTTrader Pro s.r.o. You are welcome to print any page, including the checklists, for your own household. Republishing the text elsewhere, in whole or in substantial part, requires our written permission. All brand names mentioned, War Thunder among them, belong to their owners.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may revise, add to or withdraw any page at any time, and a revision changes the review date in the footer.

7. Liability, and what cannot be excluded

To the extent permitted by law, MTTrader Pro s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in them is intended to limit liability for fraud. Where a liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the information again. Misleading or deceptive conduct by a business is prohibited under the Australian Consumer Law and enforced by the ACCC; if you believe anything here is misleading, we would rather hear from you first, but that avenue remains yours.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the protections available to you as a consumer in Australia under the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory consumer law of your place of residence, which continue to apply regardless of this clause.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. The version on this page at the time you read the site is the version that applies.
