There is no contact form on this site, and no chat window. One email address reaches the people who write and review the course, and the postal address below reaches the same company.

Write in English. We read everything that arrives and reply to most messages within a few working days. If your message is a privacy request, put the words Privacy request in the subject line so that it is handled under the procedure in our Privacy Policy, which commits us to a reply within 30 days.

What we can help with

• Errors of fact in any of the five steps — tell us the page and the sentence.
• A link that no longer works, or an Australian government page that has moved.
• Questions about how this site is funded, which are answered in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
• Privacy requests: access to, or correction of, anything we hold about you.
• Complaints about the site itself, including about the way the affiliate relationship is disclosed.

What we cannot help with

We are not any game publisher's support desk and have no access to anybody's game account. We cannot reset a password, recover a stolen account, refund a purchase, resolve a dispute about an in-game item, or look up what is happening with a registration. Those belong to the publisher of the game concerned, and their own support channel is the only one that can see the account.

We also do not give personal legal, financial or security advice. The course points at Australian bodies — the ACCC for consumer matters, the OAIC for privacy, the eSafety Commissioner for online safety, Scamwatch for scams and the Australian Cyber Security Centre for account security — because those are the right places for a situation specific to you.

What happens to your message

Your email arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider and is read by people working for MTTrader Pro s.r.o. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not passed to any game publisher or affiliate network. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, then deleted, unless they are needed for a legal claim. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out principle by principle.
